Mother's Day, Painted Fingernails, and a New BED!!

I had such a wonderful Mother's Day this year. On Saturday we went to Logan to celebrate with the Pack family. Yummy food, good conversations, and everyone else keeping my kids entertained...IT. WAS. GREAT! Then on Sunday we went to church, I was called to be Primary President (AHHH!!), we went to Heber after church and had a yummy dinner/lunch with my parents and grandparents. Here is a picture Brian snapped of Carson playing on the backdoor steps up in Logan.

So Abby has been bugging me lately about wanting to paint my fingernails "for real, mommy!" She has a fake kit, but now wants to do it with REAL paint. The other day I got brave and took her outside during Carson's nap and let her paint. She did 5, yes 5, coats. It amazes me that with the pretend paint she is so precise and makes sure it stays on my fingernails, however with the real paint...it went everywhere. Here is a picture:

And Finally, Abby got a new bed. She was getting too big for her toddler bed so I got her a loft bed at Ikea last week. Then made some curtains to hang under it. Here are a few pictures:
