24th Celebration

On the morning of the 24th we went up to Logan for the Rotary Club breakfast (Brian's dad is a member of the club.) The kids, after eating, headed over to the playground. Carson headed straight for the sand pit. Abby and Dani soon caught on to that idea as well. Here are some pictures:

We went back to Rod and Patrice's house, then over to Ryan's Place Park (this park is the coolest. If you've never been I'd say it's worth a drive up to Logan to go to this park!) Here's a pic:

After the kids had their fill (or so the parents thought) of the park we headed back to Grandma and Grandpa's house for lunch and some sparklers.

Grandma was so good to make a "sparkler garden" for Abby and Dani, who were both a little unsure of the fireworks.

Uncle Spence is always good to play with the kids. Here he is pushing Carson in the swing:

That park looks awesome! I am so jealous...Utah gets fireworks on the 4th and the 24th! Hum....maybe we should start some firework celebrations down here! :)

Sounds like a fun day! Here is what mine was like..."Hey Ryan, wasn't yesterday the 24th of July?" Hmmm. How sad is that? :)We definately don't live in Utah.
