"Sun Bathing" and Kite Flying

So the other day we were all just hanging out in the kitchen when Abby says: "mommy look I'm in the bath tub." This is what I saw when I looked:

She is such a hoot sometimes! I have no idea where she gets all of her CRAZY ideas!!

Last week just as I was getting ready to make dinner we had a knock at our door. A little neighborhood girl (Kelsey) who is 10, came to ask if Abby wanted to fly kites with her little brother and her. Kelsey is such a sweetheart! It's so nice to have her just across the street. Anytime we head outside she comes over to play with my kids! Anyway, Abby had a blast and so did Carson! Low and behold dinner was a little late that day, but it was so much fun to see Abby and Ryan (Kelsey's little brother) running up and down the sidewalk with their kites!

Photographer Abby

So for Christmas Aunt Angie (Brian's sister) gave Abby a REAL digital camara. She loves the thing, and has used it a ton! Just in the last few weeks has she actually gotten good at taking pictures where you can actually see what the subject is. :) Here are just a few shots:

Easter Sunday

Well here are some highlights from our Easter.

On Saturday we went to the annual Coleman Easter Egg Hunt, held at my grandparent's house. The kids really enjoyed it. Here are some picturs:

On Sunday we woke up and the kids (Brian included) found their Easter baskets from the Easter Bunny.

After gorging ourselves on candy and breakfast we finally got ready for church. I feel bad that we didn't get any picturs of Brian in his church cloths and he's the only one that didn't get something new. Sorry babe!

After church we headed up Farmington Canyon for a little family time. We took a bunch of pictures here are some of my favorites.

So all in all it was a pretty good Easter!

"'Coma 'Coma"

So we finally did it! We bought a "'Coma, 'Coma" (Abby's way of saying Tacoma.) For the LONGEST time Brian has been infatuated with Toyota Tacoma trucks (with brief intervals of Ridgeline and Tundra infatuations.) We found a great deal and couldn't pass it up. Now my hubby is the proud driver of a tough silver, 4 door, short bed, off road package Tacoma! Congrats babe! Here are some pictures:

So last night the kids were in the bath tub, and Brian and I were in the Living Room folding laundry when we heard and saw this:

Disney on Ice

Yesterday Abby, my mom, my sister, two of my sister's girls, and I were lucky enough to get to go to Disney on Ice. We had so much fun. All the girls got dressed up in princess dresses. The show was fantastic as always and Abby only got scared a few times: when Ursula (from The Little Mermaid) came out, and also when Rafiki (the old monkey guy from The Lion King) came out. Other than that she loved it! After the show we walked over to the Gateway and got some lunch at the food court. It was a lot of fun having a girl's day out! Thanks Mom, and Shauna!

The girls:
They all had to wear pink...per Abby's request! :)

Goofy faces:

9 Months Old and TEETH!!

Carson is now 9 months old. I can't believe how fast it has gone by. He is growing so fast and learning so much.

Carson, you are a fun energetic little boy. You love to follow Abby and do everything she does. You love yogurt, being chased, tickled, and of course cuddling. You are such a mellow little guy, but you are extremely curious and mischievous. Just this morning we caught you in our bathroom playing in the tolet. You are always on the go and you keep us on our toes. We love you so much and can't imagine what life would be like without you!

In other news his bottom teeth have finally poked through! YAY! It's been a long process, but they are finally here. We pray the rest don't take as long and aren't as painful for him.
