Grandma Pack's 89th Birthday Party and a Suprise

This past Saturday we went up to Logan to celebrate Brian's grandma Pack's 89th birthday. We left early in the morning even though the party wasn't until 5:00 that night. Brian had a surprise for me. On the way up we stopped in Brigham city for "lunch." Brian asked if I wanted to stop and get a bite to eat since it was about lunch time. We drove through BC (passing a ton of restaurants) to main street. I figured he knew where he was going. He told me he wanted to go to a specific place but that he forgot where it was. His uncle Steve has a jewelry store on main and so he said we should just stop and ask him where the restaurant was. I believed him. When we went inside he turned to me and said pick what you want. I was so shocked and unprepared... anyway I was able to pick out a nice wedding band to go with my wedding ring. It was a very pleasant surprise.

When we finished in BC (we really did get something to eat after the jewelry store) we headed up to Logan. We relaxed at Brian's parent's house for a while until it was time to go to the party. Abby loved watching Mama Mia (good music...terrible story line!!) Carson, luckily, went down for a good nap, and had fun playing with grandpa.

We had Grandma Pack's party at the Coppermill restaurant (YUMMY.) There were quite a few people there and I forgot to bring our nice camera so sorry for the poor quality of these pictures; they're from my phone.
